Quick Styles
Create quick styles and replace selected text with the quick style. This feature like Microsoft Word Style feature.

Save selection as a new quick style
Pick up the selected text style as a new quick style.

Manage quick style
Manage the quick styles. You can edit the styles font name, font size, foreground color, background color, bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, alignment. Or delete quick styles.

Syntax Highlight
Insert highlighted source code into current page. Highlight the program source code with line number, text box.

Set Printouts as Background
Set all printouts as background in current page.

Import File Links
Batch import file links. Create or append file links table. With the table, you can sort file links with the columns like file extension, size, date.

Import Folder Tree Links
Create a folder tree in current page. This folder tree include sub folder and files.

Run OneNote Batch
If you have installed OneNote Batch, you can use this button to run OneNote Batch from OneNote ribbon.

Gem for OneNote New features:

Open current page as side note
Open current page as a sidenote, sidenote is a topmost window, We can temporarily use it as a navigation window.

Save Page or Section as HTML
Save current page or section as HTML file. Like IE, export current page to a .htm file and all images in a folder.

Dock OneNote Window
Dock OneNote window on the desktop left, right, top, bottom. It's another way to quicky dock current OneNote window.

Sort Paragraphs in alphabetical order
Sort selected paragraphs in alphabetical order. We can use it to sort the tag list (like ToDo, Important, Question …. ).
Sort Paragraphs in A - Z alphabetical order
Sort the selected paragraphs or Tag List in A - Z.

Sort Paragraphs in Z - A alphabetical order
Sort the selected paragraphs or tag list in Z - A.

Sort Todo list by complete
Sort the selected todo list by complete status. It move the unchecked todo tags to the top of list, and move the complete ( checked ) tags to the bottom of list.

Convert text to table
Convert selected paragraphs to a table by specified seperator.

Create or Append attach files as detail (Report)

Import selected files and create a table to list them with detail information ( Attach File, File Name, File Date, File Extension, File Size, Note ). Use this table, we can sort them, take notes.
Selected an attach files detail table, and import another files to append to this detail table.

Open Notebook by Link

This feature use to open the link which get from OneNote context menu "Copy Link to Notebook".

If your notebook is save in skydrive, when we want to open the shared notebook in new computer OneNote, we have to open "live.com" in IE, and login the skydrive to open the notebook.

This feature can make OneNote to open the link like :

Wiki Link by Copy and Paste

Use copy and paste to build WIKI link ( link to Notebook, Section and Page ).

Remove All Hyperlinks in Page

Remove all hyperlinks in current page.

Split Table

Split table to 2 from selected row.

Convert Table to Text

Convert table to text with customize seperator.

Insert Icon with Description

Insert the icon at the left and description at the right.

Gem for OneNote add new features:

Copy last backup
Copy OneNote latest backup file, and file name without date format
Find and Replace
Simple find and replace in current page with option case sensitive.
Copy plain text to clipboard
Some software (like QQ) treat the OneNote copy command as images format to clipboard, and can't paste as text what we want. this feature will copy only plain text to clipboard.
Horizontal line
insert a horizontal line into current position.
Table distribute columns
Use this feature to distribute a table columns.
Icons
Insert some favorite icons to OneNote Page. This feature can use for Anchor to OneNote

Highlight Text
Selected a Word, and Click "Highlight Text" will highlight all word same as selected word in current page.
Resize a Printout
Resize a printout by percent, 50%, 60%, 75%, 80%.
Table to Excel
Send selected table to Excel.
Edit Table by Excel
Edit selected table in OneNote Gem - Excel Editor (Detail), and click the top left "GEM" button, will save the result.
