Microsoft Store Web Edition
When we open the download and installation interface for OneNote for Windows 10 in the Microsoft Store Web, a yellow banner appears above the App's name:
⚠️ This product is unavailable in your market.
The [Download] button has been grayed out and cannot be clicked.
But the [View in Store] button is still available.
Microsoft Store App
In Windows 11, after clicking the [View in Store] button, the "Microsoft Store" app will open.
A white banner will also be displayed at the top of the Microsoft Store app:
