OneNote for Windows 10 （UWP）cannot open local file link.

Open Local File Link by Gem Menu

Gem Menu for OneNote UWP offers "Open Local Link" to help you open a local file link from OneNote UWP.

Follow Steps:
  1.     At first, select a local file link in OneNote UWP.
  2.     Then, click "Gem Menu" -> "Gem" Menu -> "Open Local Link" menu item.
