2022 both Office 365 and Click-to-Run OneNote no longer support installation on Windows 7

Starting in 2022, both Office 365 and the Click-to-Run version of OneNote are no longer supported for installation on Windows 7.
Can be installed on versions later than Windows 8.
If you try to install Office 365 or Click-to-Run OneNote on Windows 7, OfficeSetup.exe crashes.
Microsoft Office has stopped working.
Windows can check online for a solution to the problem.
-> Check online for a solution and close the program
-> Close the program
