Enable auto link creation by typing [[ ]] around a phrase in OneNote
OneNote has a feature to help you quickly create hyperlink between pages. You just simple input a format text, OneNote will create a hyperlink for another page.
Enable link creation by typing [[ ]] around a phrase
Go to OneNote Options window. In "Advanced" tab, check on the "Enable link creation by typing [[ ]] around a phrase" option.

Create Hyperlink with [[ ]] Between Pages
Now, we start typing in OneNote, and want to create page "OneNote Basic" hyperlink. We just typing text with follow format:
[[ Destination Page Title ]]
This format text will auto create link to destination page.
In this example, we typing [[ OneNote Basic ]], OneNote will auto link to "OneNote Basic" page.

After typing ]] after "OneNote Basic" text, OneNote will create a hyperlink on "OneNote Basic" text, and link to "OneNote Basic" page.

If Just Want [[ ]], Don't Need Hyperlink, Using Ctrl + Z to Cancel
If you just want typing [[ ]], and don't want auto create hyperlink, just press Ctrl+Z key to cancel OneNote create hyperlink.
