After OneNote sets new default font and size, the text enter not use the new font, it still use the old font, no effect?
 
 

Answer:

OneNote's default font only works for new OneNote pages.
The old OneNote page still uses its own default font.
 
OneNote does not bulk modify the default font for older OneNote pages.
 

Solution:

You can use “OneNote Batch” to modify the fonts of all OneNote pages in bulk.
