OneNote Gem Add-Ins

Question:

At the top of the page title on OneNote's main interface, a small yellow prompt appears:
 

We're sorry, we can't sync because you've run out of space. Click here for more details.

And in “Shared Notebook Synchronization” window appears:
 

OneNote_RcycleBin/Deleted Pages
We’re sorry, we can’t sync this section because you’ve run out of space on your device or where the notebook is stored. Click Get Help for more details. (Error code: 0xE0000796)

Solution:

 
From the “Shared Notebook Synchronization” window, it should be that there is a problem with the notebook's recycle bin file.
Go to the OneNote ribbon –> History tab –> Notebook Recycle Bin –> Empty the Recycle Bin. But it didn't work.
 
Actually observed, there is still a lot of space on OneDrive.com and local hard drives. It's not like OneNote's error message that there is no space anymore.
Because there is only one notebook that has synchronization problems. So, we can create a new notebook and copy the sections to the new notebook.
