OneNote Gem Add-Ins

Since OneNote itself doesn't offer a replacement feature.
Sometimes, we just want to search and replace for a word in the page title.
That's why OneNote Batch adds the ability to replace only page title to the "Replace" feature.

Many Pages in Notebooks have the Word Page in Their Page Title

In the following example, there are many pages in the My Notebook that contain the word Page in their page title.
We want to replace it with página in Spanish.

Replace Word Page with página

In OneNote Batch:

1. In the Search tab, click “Replace” feature.
2. Check the “My Notebook” in the notebook tree on the left.
3. Input “page” in the search input box and the “página” in the replace input box
4. There are options in the range selection box: All, Page Title, Content. Select: Page Title.
5. Finally, click the Start button to start replacing all the page titles in bulk.

The result of Replace

Wait for OneNote Batch to be replaced.
Back in OneNote, we see that the word Page in the title of all pages in My Notebook has been replaced with página.
The page in the body has not been replaced.
