How to solve a new page on Android, which is invisible in PC Office OneNote and not synchronized?

Question:

Outdoors, I created a page in OneNote on my Android phone and wrote some content.
When I got home, I turned on my PC Office OneNote, but the page didn't sync down.
But OneNote for Windows 10 can sync down, even though it's in "read-only" mode.
For the next few days, PC Office OneNote still won't sync down.
How to solve it?
