Rearrange All Printouts in Current OneNote Page

You can use "Resize All Printouts" feature of Gem for OneNote to adjusts all printout size, but it doesn't adjusts the printouts position.

You can use “Arrange 2 Columns” to adjusts all printouts to 2 columns in current OneNote page.

If you want to adjust the printouts position after “Resize all printouts”, or adjusts all printouts to 1 columns after “Arrange 2 columns”,
Using the “Arrange 1 Columns” will adjust all printout to 1 column.
