Insert cell and shift right other cells in row in OneNote table

In OneNote native table, we can't insert or add cell in table.
Gem for OneNote now provide a feature named "Shift Right Cell" feature to insert a cell in table.
Example:
Follow OneNote table, we want to insert a cell before the highlight cell, and shift "81.0" to right ( not replace "81.0" )

1. Put the cursor in the "81.0" cell, A new ribbon tab "Gem" will appear in "Table Tools" set
2. Click the "Shift Right" in "Cell" group. It will insert a blank cell and shift right cursor cell
