Create OneNote page at top of section

For the new page , OneNote 2010 already has strong features , such as :  New page , New indented page ,  New page  from template.

 Using New Page to create a new page in a section. when greater 
 than 20, 30 pages in a section  , we have to using the scroll bar to view the new page .

 OneNote Gem Top New Page function to solve the problem , it will crate a page, and put it on the section.
