Why the Features in Insert Tab are greyed out in iPad OneNote? Using Apple Pencil

Question:

For some reason each and every feature in the 'Insert' tab in iPad OneNote is greyed out/disabled except for Online Pictures. I can't insert any files, PDF's, images, tables... why?
I am using Apple pencil.
 

Answer:

The features in “Insert” tab in iPad OneNote. Just work in Text Mode.
You are using Apple pencil, maybe it is in Draw Mode.
 

Solution:

Way 1:
Try click “Text Mode” feature in “Draw” tab to enter text mode.
 
Way 2:
Touch on the area of the note where you want to insert whatever and they should change from greyed out and enter text mode.
