UWP: Make Subpage Menu Item Disappear in OneNote for Windows 10?

Question:
In the right-click menu of the OneNote page list pane, the original menu items “Make Subpage”, “Promote Subpage” are disappeared. How do you get it back?
Answer:
OneNote for Windows 10 (OneNote UWP) has added sort page feature.
Once you've used page sorting in this section, you can no longer use the Make Subpage and Promote Subpage features.
To use the Make Subpage feature again, set page sorting to none.
