First please check your Office 365 OneNote 2016 Version (build). The feature has been added in version 16.0.6366.2036. The important number would be the 3rd part (6366). If the number of your OneNote 2016 is lower you would have to update your Office or OneNote 2016. If update cannot work, try uninstall Office 365 and download the new installer to install the new Office 365.
The Office 365 and free edition OneNote 16.0.6366.2036 has this feature.
The VOL OneNote 2016 still has not this feature yet.
