How to fix stuck in OneNote 2016 sign in loop?

If you have installed OneNote 2016 free version (install from onenote.com) in Window 7, you will find stuck in sign in loop, it cannot login OneNote.
Fix:
Check your Internet Explorer version, if the Internet Explorer version is 8, try upgrade Internet Explorer to version 10 or 11.
