How to fix OneNote won't sign in and sync under Windows 7 in 2025?

Starting on May 27, 2024, Microsoft has modified the 365 server, and OneNote under Windows 7 cannot be logged in and synced.
 

OneNote 2016 won't log in in to Windows 7

When logging in to OneNote 2016, the login box can pop up, enter the username and password, and automatically close the window, but there is still no login status.


 

OneNote 2013 won't sign in in Windows 7

When you sign in in OneNote 2013, and the login box appears:
