UWP: How to Create Section Group in OneNote for Windows 10?

Where is the “New Section Group” feature in OneNote UWP?

Answer:
The “New Section Group” feature of the OneNote UWP is not easy to find.
 
Location 1:
When the section list pane has blank space, right-click on the blank Space.
In the pop-up menu, you can see the new “New Section Group” menu item.
If no blank space in the section list pane, you cannot find the new section group from this location.
 
Location 2:
There is a "+ New Section" button at the bottom in the section list pane.
The button has a menu item named “New Section Group” in its right-click menu.
