How to Fix OneNote for Windows 10 UI Disappear?

Question:

I have this following display/screen drawing issue with OneNote app (and only this app).
I've been having a recurring issue with OneNote where the UI just starts flickering and disappearing.
Any ideas out there?

Answer:

The issue is caused by the conflict between OneNote for Windows 10 and graphic card.
 

Solution 1:

Switch the UI color to black it is effectively eliminated. You can switch the UI color under ".../settings/options/color".
 

Solution 2:

Download and reinstall the latest version graphic card driver to fix it.
