Can you tag pages like Evernote in OneNote?

Can OneNote tag pages like Evernote? Or can I simulate Evernote tags in OneNote?

OneNote has not tag page feature like Evernote.

Solution:
But there is still solution to tag page in OneNote.
You can install OneNote's add-in: OneNote Gem - Favorites.
OneNote Gem - Favorites has a feature named "Keyword Tag". 
You just simple type { } around of a word in page title. It treat this work as a page tag, and list in a tag tree window.
Event you also import the Evernote whole tag tree into this tag tree window.
