Event: 2024.12.11, OneNote failed to sync some sections for the 3th time. [Unresolved]

Phenomenon:

Starting December 11, 2024, OneNote users have reported that Windows Office OneNote cannot synchronize certain section groups and sections.
But on the web side, OneNote can see these section groups and sections.
The error code is: 0xE00009C8 bb0ur
 
This is apparently in 2024, the 3th time in this year that there has been a problem with Microsoft's servers.

Temporary Solution:

As in the previous two times, use OneNote for Windows 10 instead.

It's important to let you know that we did recently receive feedback from some users that they were experiencing problems accessing OneNote, which does seem to represent an access anomaly in some areas of the OneNote service. 
 
Try accessing OneNote using a different network to see if the problem persists, if it is still inaccessible, the problem is not related to your network environment but rather to the OneNote service. 
 
In this case, since this is a technical support community that is not involved in Microsoft's product development and fixes, and we as community members don't have a better solution, waiting for a while may help. Such problems may be fixed over a period of time.
